However, we also know sometimes a return is necessary.
Please see below for our return guidelines to help ensure all expectations are being met!
Regular priced items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email to the email indicated on Return instructions or at checkout.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info and (if purchased in store the date of purchase). Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive to us (to ensure your return is received within the 14-day window) & keep a record of your return tracking number. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
Boutique One Eleven is not responsible for damaged, lost, or returned packages.
Items returned outside the 14-day policy and/or do not fit the return guidelines will be sent back with a future order or donated to charity after 30-days.
Items NOT eligible for return include:
Sale/Clearance Items, Jewelry, Food & Beverage, Shoes, Drinkware, Home Goods, undergarments including bras & seamless Cami/bra, socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, and Gift Cards.
We also do not accept products to be returned that look to have been worn, damaged, or stained.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition will not be re-fundable.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email to the email indicated (if in store it will be done at the time of return).
If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to find a satisfactory resolution.
Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory, we don’t do exchanges on most items as we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchange for will be in-stock at the time we receive your return. It is best to go ahead & purchase the item in the size you are needing, then use your store credit from return towards your next purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
