Since 1988, Carmine has been whipping up gourmet treats for the masses. These Dip and Cheeseball mixes are simple and delicious and only require ingredients that you can have on-hand. The dips are made by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version). The Cheeseballs are made using 16 oz cream cheese and can be rolled in chopped nuts. They are always a hit!
