At Stonewall Kitchen, food is so much more than just a business—it's a lifelong passion.
Spicy Tomato Salsa:
This Spicy Tomato Salsa is a zesty complement to fish, pork or chicken. Mix with cream cheese and use as a savory spread for crackers, muffins or biscuits. Or simply enjoy it with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips for the best nachos you've ever had!
Mild Tomato Salsa:
Coarsely chopped in the tradition of authentic Mexican salsas, our Stonewall Kitchen Mild Salsa is full of texture and overflowing with flavor. The tomato base is highlighted with bits of onions and peppers, a hint of cilantro and lime, then accented by a subtle jalapeno ending for an extra flavorful, yet mild tasting salsa.
We blended the tart sweetness of the tomatillo tomato with the stark character of cilantro to create our tasty Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde. Based on a traditional Mexican recipe, you can enjoy truly authentic flavor in a variety of ways. It's a wonderful accompaniment to all grilled meats, fish and poultry. We especially love it served with enchiladas.
Ghost Pepper Queso:
Ratcheting up the heat levels in our original Chile Con Queso with the addition of ghost peppers, this spicy blend also includes several types of melted cheeses, tomatoes, red bell peppers and onions for a cooling contrast to the fiery chili flavor. Enjoy it at room temperature straight from the jar with crisp tortilla chips, or try warming it over the stove for a smoldering, silky-smooth sauce that will make your nachos, fajitas and enchiladas muy caliente!
A smooth, cheesy dip with serious kick
Comes complete with a “wicked hot” warning
Chile con Queso:
This authentic recipe originates from our friends in the great state of Texas. Made with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeno, chipotle peppers and just the right amount of all the right seasonings, it's ideal with crisp tortilla chips, fresh veggies, on homemade fajitas, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas. You can even add a little to mashed potatoes! Simply heat in the microwave for a few seconds, stir and heat a little more. Fantastico!
